Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Intimate apparel such as undergarments for hygiene reasons.
